Does uppercase conversion work on special characters?

Yes. The converter uses JavaScript's native toUpperCase() which supports Unicode. Accented characters (é → É, ü → Ü) and international alphabets are handled correctly.
What is the difference between UPPERCASE and Title Case?

UPPERCASE converts every letter to capital — "hello world" → "HELLO WORLD". Title Case capitalises only the first letter of each word — "hello world" → "Hello World". Both options are available in the Text Formatter Toolkit.
